About Shipping & delivery
1- Shipping method
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Fukuoka, Japan. All our parcels are shipped via FEDEX, DHL, or EMS, depending on your location.
Delivery is considered express and typically takes less than 10 days to reach its destination.
If you prefer to arrange shipping yourself or have a specific carrier preference, please contact us or leave us a note.
2- Shipping cost
Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order and its destination from our warehouse. You can get an estimate directly on our checkout page.
If you live in an area considered remote by the shipping carrier, a supplementary fee will apply. We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you.
3- Shipping process
Every order is prepared within 6 days after the payment confirmation (except Saturdays, Sundays and Japanese holidays). If there should be any unexpected delays, we would inform you by email.
We are based in Fukuoka, Japan, and all orders will be shipped from this location or directly from our supplier.
As soon as your parcel is taken care of by the carriers, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number.
4- Troubles
Whatever you do, please send us an email first with your order number!
Delay: Shipping delays can occur due to various reasons such as weather conditions, seasonal congestion, or international situations. However, most delays are typically due to customs checks. To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide all necessary professional information during the ordering process. Additionally, we recommend contacting your local DHL or FedEx office and sending them any required clearance documents in advance.
Damage: If you receive a product that is damaged or broken during transit, please email us immediately upon its arrival, including photographs of the damaged item. We assure you that we will promptly address and resolve your concern.
Mistake: We are terribly sorry, please accept our sincere apologies. Contact us immediately.
Parcel returned back to us: If your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. The responsibility for covering the reshipping cost will depend on the reason for the return, such as an incorrect or unclear address, or an unclaimed package. Depending on the specific circumstances, this cost may be borne by either you or us.
